SAEED ABAD VILLA
Sa’ed Abad Villa, is located in Kordan- a countryside area famous for its nice weather conditions.
As we were familiar with the client and his needs, the function of spaces were defined different as usual, the focus of the project was on public areas, living room and its connection with kitchen, and a semi-open space is designed to connect this area to the yard and swimming pool.
The form of the project is inspired by the climate, due to the high amount of rainfall in the area, the roof is sloped to the sides, which helped with interior design of the project by adding to the height of living room. Shades are added to the façade to protect open spaces from sunshine. Theses shades create playful shadows.
The white cement material of the façade is used to create an integrated form, and is chosen due to the limited budget of the project.
