Ferdows project, is a 10 story commercial building. The four underground levels are the parking and there are commercial levels in the ground level and a mezzanine.  The commercial units are transparent to have the most interactions with its surroundings.

Each official level is divided to four units. stair case and elevator are located between these units. This central utility area, makes lobby and entrance area. the gap in the concept of the building is on this entrance area,

While designing the façade of the project, we focused on geographical conditions of the site. Due to high amount of sun radiation in eastern side of the project, a brick skin is designed on this façade, but in north side of the side, when there is a delightful light all day long, the skin of the building is almost completely transparent.
