BADKOOBEH APARTMENT
Badkoobeh family decided to move to a new apartment. A duplex unit on the 10th level of Hormozan Towers, Fantastic view of Tehran and separate public and private areas were benefits of the new unit but old fashioned design and materials made the family to renovate the whole unit.
The client asked us for a warm environment, practical use of space, maximum natural light and use of modern technology and materials. So we chose interior bamboo wood and brick as our main material for walls and floors. We rebuilt the stairs and designed wood shades in entrance area to separate kitchen and living area. We also designed balconies as extension of living area. (by using new windows and same floor materials.)
The whole kitchen area was renovated and cabinets were changed by new standards. and bathrooms facilities were updated.
