NEW BUILD HOUSE

We chose this competition because when we read the description, it inspired us. The image of “fun living space” made us think about “home” in a different way. You need to have private and relax environment and the other hand make the space more fun for its special users. Our challenge was to imagine the users’ age, favorites and even how they look like or what they wear. To design a space for special people with special needs you need to know them very well. Any ways, as the main idea we chose transparency and flexibility method to design the space. We decide to open down stair area as much as we can. We move the entrance to the side to control the inside open area from the view of entrance and make the river elevation more modern than symmetrical design.
