Eram Stone Showroom, located in Shams-Abad industrial zone, is mostly a barn designed for storing construction stones; including a showroom to present the stones and an official building. In our design, we focused on large span structure. The Steel arc shaped structure and three rows of columns divide the plan into two main areas, there is a road for cars inside the barn and four different entrances on each end of the road. This is to simplify carrying large slabs of stone inside the barn.

The front façade of the building is completely transparent to distinguish the showroom area from storage parts and have the needed light in showroom area. In order to create a more commercial rather than industrial building, exterior walls are higher than necessary. The windows are located in higher parts of the wall to control the sun radiation on the stones.
