NICK COMMERCIAL

The project is located in district 3 in Tehran. And on the conjunction of Mirdamad Boulevard and Shariati Avenue. NICK Commercial Building is designed on a 473 Sqm plot consisting of 5 official levels with 2 units on each level, ground level includes one commercial unit, lobby and parking and one underground level as parking.

The building’s façade is visible from both Shariati and Mirdamad street so we focused on leaning it towards these streets. So the right half of façade is sloped down luring attention to the other half. The whole façade is designed by brick and the two half of the building are distinguished by different methods of brickwork. There is a gap in between which makes Entrance area on ground level. This gap comes from balconies of each unit which separate the management area from Atelier. In this gap we can see the concrete structure of the building on balconies slaps, and this material is continued down to the base of the building on the ground level walls.

Other than the balconies, the plan is designed as an open office area, with one management areas, suitable for different work environments.
